Soroptimist of Hood River annually awards the Women of Distinction to three nominees. These awards aim to recognize remarkable women who have significantly contributed to improving the quality of life in Hood River County or have positively impacted the lives of local women and girls through their professional or volunteer endeavors.

 

 

Soroptimist Hood River Names Three Women of Distinction

Soroptimist International of Hood River is proud to announce the 2024 Soroptimist Women of Distinction honorees.

Nearly every year since 1974, Soroptimist Hood River has recognized remarkable Hood River
County women who, through their volunteer or professional endeavors, have made significant
improvements to the quality of life here, particularly for women and girls. 

Look for nomination forms in September 2025 to honor the women who make major contributions to the economic and social empowerment of women and girls locally.
