Dream It! Be It!

With several retired educators in Soroptimist Hood River, we are proud to participate in Dream It! Be It!, a career support program for middle and high school girls who are at risk of academic failure. Interested members work with groups of girls in the Hood River schools empowering them with tools to envision and achieve education and career goals.

Coordinators of the Dream It Be It Program (Lynda Dallman and Pennie Burns) posed as they kicked off the annual Easter Egg Hunt with girls who participate in the HRVHS Inspiration Circle. They stuffed bright colorful eggs with inspirational quotes (and a few chocolate eggs) and hid them around the classroom for the girls to share.
